The Hangover

Went out last night

Got in a fight

Too much beer, too much wine

Makes me argue everytime

Now my boyfriend is mad with me

I'm hoping that he will forgive me

This raging thirst

Makes things worse

And I just can't shake this headache

Waiting for the train, there's been a delay

Working out what I'm going to say

Keep looking at my watch, time moves so slow

Where is this train? I've got somewhere to go

Thinking back to last night's shame

Is this journey going to be in vain?

I wish this train would hurry up

Oh please don't let me throw up!

Come on train, this is a joke

I'm not even allowed to smoke!

I need to see him, I have to try

I hope this won't mean goodbye

As I wait and listen to our song

It reminds me how I've been so wrong

I promise I won't take another drink
